We currently ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are carefully prepared and packed before shipment.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped three times per week based on when the order is placed:
- Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship on Monday
- Orders placed Monday or Tuesday ship on Wednesday
- Orders placed Wednesday or Thursday ship on Friday
Orders placed after 8 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Velmore Skin is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
High order volume may occasionally add an additional processing day.
